Tropical Oatmeal Overnight Breakfast

We all know the most important meal of the day is Breakfast time. This meal will fuel your day and boost your energy, but it is hard to get a healthy breakfast due to our hectic morning routine in my house. So most of the time, a simple package meal or already prepared breakfast is our to-go meal. And since I found this recipe, breakfast has now become easy. This no-cook oatmeal recipe is packed with nutrition to get your day at a healthy start. What I love about this meal, I can make it ahead of time, it is very convenient, and it is a leisurely grab-to-go breakfast. There are so many overnight oatmeal breakfast varieties, but I'd like to show you one of our favorite recipes this time.

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats - 1/4 cup milk - 1/4 cup yogurt - 1-1/2 teaspoon almond butter - 1 teaspoon honey, optional, or you can substitute with any different sweetener - 1/4 cup Coconut water - 1/4 cup diced banana - 1/4 cup of Mandarin orange ( peeled off the section skin) - Chia seeds (Optional)

Directions: I use Mason Jar or any container you prefer, but mix it and shake it until well combined. Add Mandarin orange and banana and stir with a fork until mixed thoroughly. Close the jar and refrigerate overnight.

Thank you so much for stopping by,

XOXO

Joice
