I was sitting at my house looking out the window and in awe of Autumn's beauty. The trees in the yard are in a different color from the last season, golden yellow, red, orange, and brown; it was such a beautiful combination, and as if I was stepping into an insensible world. I got these eerie and pensive feelings to stir inside me, almost like a dream, making me want to cry.
I also love driving into the Sunset with majestic red and golden trees surrounding me while listening to Norah Jones's - Come Away With Me songs so serene and beautiful. It's a therapeutic way to unwind from my hectic life.
In my family, we celebrate several events during the fall season. First of all, my sister's wedding anniversary is in October. Then, there's a fun Halloween for my kids, my youngest birthday party, my sister and me's birthday parties, and thanksgiving, when we celebrate the harvest season and give thanks for all the blessings pouring into our life.
As we know, Autumn has its colors, so I love to bring these beautiful colors to my table setting and enjoy this season's celebration with happiness and laughter, surrounding myself with the family I love and creating happy memories.
All you need to create this stunning centerpiece are:
Fall flowers bouquet I bought from the neighborhood supermarket and a bunch of varieties of pumpkins. Cut the top of the pumpkin about 1 inch around the stem and clean out all the inside; put water and a bit of sugar ( for flower food substitute).
One wooden candle stand
Cut the flowers and start arranging.
Use an empty pumpkin as a flower vase. If you keep changing the water, this arrangement will stay fresh for two weeks.
