To be honest, I am not a vegan person. My sister and I, we have a craving for good homemade waffle but out of some the ingredients and we came up with a recipe and made a vegan waffle instead. Our vegan waffle was nothing but mouth-watering delicious. The strawberry sauce has been my favorite recipe. I ate this with waffle, pancakes, french toast and everything else that I can eat this with, or sometimes I just eat it by itself just like applesauce, is very refreshing and delicious. And also, if you like homemade fruity carbonate drinks or just Strawberry juice then this is the recipes for you.
Homemade Vegan Waffle Recipe:
What you need:
Waffle Iron
Hand beater
measuring cup
Large bowl
Ingredients:
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 salt
1 tablespoon raw brown sugar
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 cup almond milk
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Direction:
Mix Everything
Spray preheated waffle iron with, pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.
Homemade Strawberry Sauce recipe:
1 1/2 cup of Strawberry:
1/2 cup of sugar or you can add more for extra sweetness.
1 tablespoon of lemon.
1 cup of water
Direction:
Use a medium size of pot.
Pour the water and the berries.
Heat the strawberries until boil, stir well and let it boil until is completely smashed.
Add sugar and lemon juice stirring constantly and let it boil for another 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat
Let it cool down and ready to serve.
Homemade Strawberry Juice Recipe:
For one cup of drink
4 tablespoon of Homemade Strawberry
1 spoon of Lemon
1 cup of water or 1 cup of carbonated water if you want to make carbonated drink.
Add more sugar to the taste.
Mix all together
