I am not a vegan person. My sister and I craved good homemade waffles for brunch; we run out of some of the ingredients, so we came up with a recipe and made a vegan waffle instead. Our vegan waffle was nothing but mouth-watering delicious. The strawberry sauce has been my favorite recipe. I ate this with waffle, pancakes, french toast, and everything else that I can eat this with, or sometimes I eat it by itself just like applesauce, is very refreshing and delicious. If you like homemade fruity carbonated drinks or just Strawberry juice, then this is the recipe for you.
HOMEMADE VEGAN WAFFLE RECIPE
What you need:
2 tsp baking powder
One tablespoon raw brown sugar
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 cup almond milk
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Spray preheated waffle iron with, pour the mix onto the hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.
Homemade Strawberry Sauce recipe:
1 1/2 cup of Strawberry:
1/2 cup of sugar, or you can add more for extra sweetness.
1 tablespoon of lemon.
1 cup of water
Use a medium size of the pot.
Pour the water and the berries.
Heat the strawberries until they boil, stir well, and let them cook until they are completely smashed.
Add sugar and lemon juice stirring const, antly, and let it boil for another 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat.
Let it cool down and ready to serve.
Strawberry Juice Recipe:
For one cup of drink
4 tablespoon of Homemade Strawberry
1 spoon of Lemon
1 cup of water or 1 cup of carbonated water; if you want to make the carbonated drink, you can use rum.
Add more sugar to the taste.
Mix all together
