Mother nature has given us a multitude of things we can use to provide our skin, the help that we need to restore the radiance of our skin. Right from fresh lemons to carrots and beans, they are loads with vitamins and mineral that can give our skin the inner nourishment it needs to look healthy and beautiful.

If you have the same skin problem like mine, then this is what you need to do to revive your tired skin. First, you have to start with enough sleep, drink plenty of water, get enough morning Sunshine and eat the right nutrition for your body then continue with home remedies. These are things that you can find in your kitchen or garden to help you revitalize and rejuvenate the overall existence of your skin.

1. Aloe Vera

Is well known to treated burn skin, it has active compounds that may reduce inflammation and help repair, moisturizing and stimulate skin growth. So, to revive tired skin and bring back the glow, all we need to do is to get the Aloe Vera and cut it open then take the clear gel inside. Make sure you clean and wash it thoroughly with warm water before you apply to your skin ( leave it like a mask), wait until it dried. This routine is useful to maintain healthy hair too, just do the same step and apply it to your scalp, leave it for thirty minutes then wash your hair with gentle shampoo.

For under-eye puffiness and dark circle:

Tomatoes are rich in vitamin A, and C. In the beauty department Tomatoes is well known for reducing puffy eyes and dark circle, Keep it in the refrigerator until cold and cut it thin slice then place one slice to each eye for one hour. And also, this routine is useful for moisturizing dried skin.

For Face: squeeze it and mix one tablespoon of tomatoes juice, I teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of lemon, apply a thin layer of the mixed sauce on your clean on the slightly damp skin, leave it dry and wash your face with gentle soap.

For Scrub: Mix granulate sugar, 1 table spoon honey, 1 coconut oil and vitamin E oil ( you can cut open a vitamin E capsule and mix it with sugar, coconut oil and honey) for facial and body scrub.

4. Milk

As you know, milk is an excellent nutrient for our bone and it turns out is also has great benefit for our skin. It nourishes, removes stains on skin, prevents premature aging and promotes smooth, radiant and healthy glow skin.

Once said, that 'The queen of beauty' Cleopatra like to bathe on sour milk to enhance the appearance of her skin by slowing down aged and wrinkle.

When milk sours, the bacteria will be converted the sugar lactose on the liquid into lactic acid. And when alpha hydroxy acid, such as lactic acid, is applied to the skin it causes the exterior layer of the skin to peel off, leaving younger looking skin. Although, I am not going down her path (which is a bit extreme for me) regular milk will do just fine.

How to use it:

Milk Mask:

Mix 1 tablespoon milk/ yogurt, a half tablespoon of honey and lemon juice and a teaspoon of avocado (optional, only for dried skin) mix well, applied all over face for 15-20 minutes and rinsed with lukewarm water.

For Scrub: A half cup of milk and one spoon of oatmeal and Vitamin E oil capsule, mix all together, and you can use it for facial and body scrub.

To moisturize your skin, you can add 2 gallons of milk on your bathtub and soak with it for one hour while listening to your favorite music. It can be rejuvenating and relaxing activities when you're done rinse yourself with water.

5. Cucumber

Is useful for reducing puffy eyes and dark circle, just sliced it and keep it fresh in the refrigerator, place one slice of cucumber on each eye for 30 minutes.

6. Green Tea

Green tea is full of antioxidant and helps smooth out skin. Drink it every day is one way to help maintain a healthy lifestyle and to keep our skin refined and radiant.

For tea steam: Merely boil 3 cups of water and pour it into a large bowl and add two green tea bags and add two drops of vitamin E ( I got it from the capsule). Place a towel over your head to cover your face and to create a tent, bend over the bowl and allow the stem to enter your pores for 10 minutes; this will hydrate your skin thoroughly.

To Reduce Puffy Eyes: Brew two bags of tea, cool it down ( is faster when you put it in the refrigerator) place it each one on both of your eyes.

7. White Eggs:

Most all of you knows eggs contain a lot of nutrients that has great benefit for our body, inside and out.

How to make it: separate the white from the yolk and put it aside, whip it well with a fork until it looks like foam. Apply to your clean skin and leave it until your skin tightening up ( like you wear masker) then gently wash your skin.

8. Juicing

And here is juice recipe that can help healing your skin.

Two tomatoes, one celery, three spoons of lemons juice, a bit of fresh ginger, one small carrot, and honey to the taste. Mix it all using a blender and drink it. Is healthy, taste good and will help your skin glowing like morning sunshine.
