8 Home Remedies To Revive Tired Skin

This Holiday season has been a busy time for me, with back-to-back parties and the hectic holiday activities I have to endure. Although it's fun and fabulous until it took a toll on my skin, I'm exhausted and need a rest; my skin looks dull and withered and desperately much-needed boosts.

Makeup cannot help that much either, and it can't hide my baggy eyes and tired skin; my skin needs much nourishment. When all my expensive department store moisturizers and beauty mask don't seem to work, I looked for an alternative way to help gain my skin radiant complexion, home remedies that it's been hands down throughout generations a natural way to treat many skin problems.

Mother nature has given us many things we can use to provide our skin, which we need to restore our skin's radiance. From fresh lemons to carrots and beans, they are loads of vitamins and minerals that can give our skin the inner nourishment it needs to look healthy and beautiful.

If you have the same skin problem as mine, then this is what you need to do to revive your tired skin. First, you have to start with enough sleep, drink plenty of water, get enough morning Sunshine and eat the proper nutrition for your, body then continue with home remedies. These are things that you can find in your kitchen or garden to revitalize and rejuvenate your skin's overall existence.

1. Aloe Vera

It is well known to treated burn skin; it has active compounds that may reduce inflammation and help repair, moisturizing, and stimulate skin growth. To revive tired skin and bring back the glow, all we need to do is get the Aloe Vera, cut it open, and then take the clear gel inside. Please make sure you clean and wash it thoroughly with warm water before applying it to your skin ( leave it like a mask); wait until it is dried. This routine helps maintain healthy hair, do the same step, apply it to your scalp, leave it for thirty minutes, and then wash your hair with a gentle shampoo.

2. Tomatoes

For under-eye puffiness and dark circle:

Tomatoes are rich in vitamin A, and C. Tomatoes are well known for reducing puffy eyes and dark circles; keep it in the refrigerator until cold, cut it thin slice, and then place one portion to each eye for one hour. And also, this routine is helpful for moisturizing dried skin.

For Face: squeeze it and mix one tablespoon of tomato juice, I teaspoon of honey, and one teaspoon of lemon, apply a thin layer of the mixed sauce on your clean on the slightly damp skin, leave it dry and wash your face with gentle soap.

3. Honey

Honey is naturally antibacterial, so it is excellent for acne treatment. Potent antioxidant to help slow down aging skin. Very well moisturizing, soothing, and also promotes a beautiful glow to your skin.

how to use it: Apply raw honey to the slightly damp skin, leave the Honey for at least 30 minutes,s then gently rinse it off with warm water.

For Scrub: Mix granulate sugar, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 coconut oil, and vitamin E oil ( you can cut open a vitamin E capsule and mix it with sugar, coconut oi,l, and honey) for facial and body scrub.

4. Milk

As you know, milk is an excellent nutrient for our bones, and it turns out it also has tremendous benefits for our skin. It nourishes, removes stains on skin, prevents premature aging, and promotes smooth, radiant, and healthy glow skin.

Milk Mask:

Mix 1 tablespoon milk/ yogurt, a half tablespoon of honey and lemon juice, and a teaspoon of avocado (optional, only for dried skin) mix well, applied all over the face 15-20 minutes, and rinsed with lukewarm water.

For Scrub: A half-cup of milk and one spoon of oatmeal and Vitamin E oil capsule mix all together, and you can use it for facial and body scrub.

To moisturize your skin, you can add 2 gallons of milk to your bathtub and soak with it for one hour while listening to your favorite music. It can be rejuvenating and relaxing activities; when you're done, rinse yourself with water.

5. Cucumber

It helps reduce puffy eyes and dark circles, just slicing it and keeping it fresh in the refrigerator, and placing one slice of cucumber on each eye for 30 minutes.

6. Green Tea

Green tea is full of antioxidants and helps smooth out skin. Drink it every day is one way to help maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep our skin refined and radiant.

For tea steam: Merely boil 3 cups of water and pour it into a large bowl, add two green tea bags, and add two vitamin E drops ( I got it from the capsule). Place a towel over your head to cover your face, create a tent, bend over the bowl, and pour d allow the steam to enter your pores for 10 minutes; this will hydrate your skin thoroughly.

To Reduce Puffy Eyes: Brew two bags of tea, cool it down (it is faster when you put it in the refrigerator) place each one on both of your eyes.

7. White Eggs:

Most of you know eggs contain many great benefits for our bodies, inside and out.

How to make it: separate the white from the yolk and put it aside, whip it well with a fork until it looks like foam. Please apply to your clean skin, leave it until your skin tightens up ( like you wear a masker), and gently wash your skin.

​8. Juicing

And here is a juice recipe that can help to heal your skin.

Ingredients:

Two tomatoes, one celery, three spoons of lemons juice, a bit of fresh ginger, one small carrot, and honey to the taste. Mix it all using a blender and drink it. It is healthy, tastes good, and will help your skin glowing like morning sunshine.
