Favorite Skin Care For This Season

Hi loves, how is your weekend so far? I hope you have a good time as I do; it was a beautiful sunny day here in Seattle, but we decided to stay home to enjoy the quiet relaxing weekend and have some hot cocoa with our favorite delicious pastry.

Allow me to introduce to you my skincare products for this season. Although it has been ages since the last time I posted my skincare products, and most I replaced them with new ones because, as fantastic as they are, it just stops working after a while. Because my skin has matured, it needs a moisturizer with a strong ability to penetrate deep into it.

A little bit of information about my skin, I'm over 40 years old, I have sensitive skin, and I break out easily. So I must be extra careful about choosing a skincare product that works best for my skin.

Here is my favorite skincare product for this season:

It's silky white and applies very well; it does make a slight difference in some of my wrinkles look but has not helped change my skin overall- however, it helps smooth my skin and becomes more radiantly alive. Very lightweight and quickly absorbed on the skin. Most importantly, it has not caused any breakout. I use this Serum for the daytime with Estee Lauder Resilience Lift.

It smells light, moisturizes well without feeling heavy, and does not irritate my sensitive skin. As a result, my skin looks and feels fantastic.

3. Shea Moisture -Raw Shea Butter Hydrating Mud Mask

Most of the time, I make my facial masks like green tea and fruit mask, but I have not yet mastered a Mud mask, so I need to use a store-bought mask containing the ingredients that work well on my sensitive skin. I found this at Walmart; although it has some bad reviews online, it works on my skin amazingly. So I suggest you try patches first to test whether or not they'll work on your skin.

I avoided scrubbing my skin at any cost because my skin couldn't handle such harsh treatment. But with this scrub, I made an exception; gentle and good enough for my ultra-sensitive skin, so now, Scrubbing my body has become my beauty care routine. But, again, based on the review, it gave rashes to some people, so I suggest patches first on your hand before you use them on your face.

At first, I was using Chanel Sublimage La Cream Ultimate Skin Generation, but, as incredible as it sounds and with tons of good reviews, it wasn't working for me. I found it too heavy, greasy, and sticky, making my skin look unnaturally shiny, so I stopped using it and changed it to a more lightweight Chanel Le Lift Creme.

I love this cream, it glides on smoothly without feeling overwhelmed and moisturized, and the foundation goes smoothly over it. It has a fresh scent and not overpowering. The only problem is that it does not contain sunscreen, which is vital for my beauty regimen, so I use Chanel Le Lift only for nighttime with Estee Lauder Night Repair Serum. So far, I have no complaints.

One of the best eye creams I have ever tried; it doesn't work instantly, but after a while of using it, I can see a lot of difference in the overall look of the skin around my eyes.

I got this from one of the beauty bags; it is an excellent product, but it leaves my skin with that 'over clean" feeling; it feels tight and dry after washing, so I don't use this every day; I only use this twice a week. But, so far, it has made my pores look less noticeable.

8. Advanced Night Micro Cleansing Foam

I love this Cleanser; gentle enough without making my skin dry and strong enough to obliterate makeup.

It is one of the best Serum; it does what it claims to do. It absorbs quickly, and it makes my skin glow.
