Delicious Warm Oatmeal For Easy Breakfast

We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but most of the time, either we skip breakfast altogether or it is easy to grasp any food, ignoring that some easy-to-go breakfasts are unhealthy.
In our hectic morning, breakfast seems like it isn't essential. However, However, I had to force my kids to finish their meals, and my husband couldn't be careless enough about what he ate.
So it is up to me to ensure my family eats a healthy breakfast daily.
I found an easy way to have a delicious healthy breakfast that doesn't require much time. This is fast, easy to make, and convenient; I usually prepare this breakfast the night before I go to bed, so it is easy to take breakfast with them in the morning.
I love oatmeal overnights, but it would be too cold in the winter for freezing Washington state weather. This breakfast recipe is ideal for summertime, but I found a way to serve it on a cold morning. I start preparation time before I go to sleep, cook it, and keep it in the thermos to keep it warm until morning.
I use an electric kettle to do other things while waiting for the milk to warm up. Usually, it takes only three to five minutes to prepare breakfast, and I use the Thermos Water bottle because it has a broader mouth, so it is easy for me to pour all the ingredients inside, and it will keep it warm for at least eight hours.
For warm weather mornings, you can use a mason jar—and lukewarm water to use with the rest of the ingredients and leave it for the night.

Ingredients:
1/2 Quaker oats
1 cup milk or vanilla soy milk
1 tablespoon of roasted almond
One tablespoon of dried fruit such as sweet cherries, cranberries, sliced dried Mango, or peach.
2 tablespoons of honey, maple syrup, or any sweetener
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Half teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
Eat with any fresh fruit; I love to eat it with banana ( optional)
Direction:
If you want to cook it from the night before:
Bring 1 cup of milk and A pinch of salt to a boil in a saucepan. Stir half a cup of Oatmeal, reduce the heat, and add the remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat. And to keep it warm till morning, transfer it to a bottle sports thermos.
This is the easy way.
1. Put the Oatmeal, roasted almond, dried fruits, honey, and salt inside the thermos.
2. In a saucepan, heat the milk and bring it to a boil. If you use an Electric Kettle is only going to take 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour the hot milk inside the thermos and close the lid. Shake the thermos until all is mixed.
4. Leave it overnight for breakfast. This way, the hot milk will soften the Oatmeal so it'll be ready to eat in the morning.
5. For breakfast, eat it with your favorite fresh fruit. Shake it first before you eat it.
