Celebrating Memorial Day And Delicious Rice Pudding Raspberry Panna Cotta

Hi loves, how's your weekend so far?
I hope you have a wonderful time. Unfortunately, I got a little busy preparing our memorial day event with family and friends this weekend.
Memorial Day is an important day for all of us, and it is a day to remember and celebrate those who have fought for and served this wonderful country we call home.
It is also an excellent time to catch up with our family and friends to have quality time together. Get family and friends to enjoy activities such as a BBQ and a delicious meal together.
So, here it was, time to fire up the grill and get salivating with all these delicious barbecue meals, and ready to celebrate Memorial Day!
Although I was running out of breath trying to get everything done, in the end, I'm glad we all had fun and enjoyed the special day.
Here are some pictures from our get-together. I want to share a beautiful decor Idea, a delicious recipe perfect for Memorial Day and the upcoming 4th Of July celebration.

No fun grilling time without corn, and since this is a corn season, corn is abundant. So we grilled it old fashioned way.

Rice Pudding with Panna Cotta Gelatin topped with Blueberries and Whipped Cream. It is one of my favorite desserts. This is three recipes combined, and you can make it beforehand.
Easy Rice Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
2 Cup Cooked rice
3 Cups Milk
1/2 Cup of Sugar
3 Tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Cooking Direction:
Add 2 cups of cooked rice to the saucepan.
Add milk, sugar, butter, and vanilla and bring to a low boil over medium heat.
Keep stirring for about 15-20 minutes until the mixtures thicken.
Remove from the heat and let it cool.
Once the rice pudding is cold and ready to serve,
Most of the time to find it easy, I top it with Panna Cotta pudding I bought from the supermarket or bakery store and add it with the fresh fruit of my choice.
But if you have time, you can make the Raspberry Panna Cotta yourself. Recipe below:

For the Panna Cotta:
1/2 cup whole milk
1.5 tsp
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Raspberry gelee
1 tsp
1/4 cup of water
1.5 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1/4 granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Instruction:
Combine the gelatin with milk in a small saucepan off the heat, and let stand for 5 minutes. This process is called blooming and lets the gelatin absorb liquid and dissolve evenly later.
Set the pan over medium heat, and stir frequently for 5 minutes until the gelatin dissolves, ensuring you don't boil the milk. Turn the heat down to medium-low.
Add the heavy Cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, and stir for another 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Remove the mixture from the heat.
Evenly pour the mixture into 4 glasses and let cool at room temperature for 15 minutes. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap, then chill in the fridge for 6 hours to set.
Combine the gelatin with water in a small saucepan for Raspberry gelee, and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add the raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice, then simmer for 5 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Use a fine-meshed sieve to strain out the raspberry seeds.
Let the gelee cool to room temperature, about 10-15 minutes, before pouring evenly over the chilled panna cotta.
Refrigerate for another hour to set the gelee.
Before you put it on rice pudding, mix the Chilled panna cotta and Raspberry gelee sparingly.
