Oh, the weather outside is frightful, but the hot coffee is delightful since we've no place to go; let us drink, let us drink, let us drink. - Copy from Frank Sinatra's song, and I hope Sinatra won't mind I change his tune a bit.
OK, who does not like to sip a hot coffee in this rainy and gloomy weather outside? Not me, of course! When the temperature drops, cold winds start to blow, and winter creeps in, it desperately called for hot beverages, and warm coffee sounds essential to have and bring a little joy and happiness in this cold season.
This little treat called for distinctive time to let myself indulge every sip of rich coffee that was floating with delicious coconut flavor, a small glass of heaven. It gives a pleasant experience with brown sugar and coconut flavors to enjoy coffee that will warm you right up.
Be warned; this is not your regular coffee; it is an exceptional occasion coffee; I got the idea from one of the popular instant Java coffee brands, Kopiko. This brand only popular in Indonesia.
Since Kopiko is expensive than most of the coffee that I know, I tried to make my own, and voila, I got it! It is delicious homemade coffee, the coconut milk will add a special favor of richness, and it dismisses the coffee's bitterness.
So without further ado, I give you THE most grant, homemade Kopiko coffee!
