Deliciously Meat Sauce Sriracha Spaghetti

If I can choose my favorite family food, it would be spaghetti. My husband and the kids are crazy for this favorite Italian dish, myself not so much on sharing the rest of my family spaghetti fascination, I have "Asian tongue" according to my husband.

 

For sure, I do love spicy food; anything spicy provokes my appetite. So this spaghetti sriracha is the perfect way to share the penchant of spaghetti with my family. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Easter brunch is only a few days away, although it is not a typical "Easter menu" but since my family love spaghetti so this would be an excellent food for the gathering, I don't need to second-guess myself; I knew definitely this entree will be the hit of the party. 

 

Sriracha always an excellent option to add a little "heat" to your plates, is not just the spice that will evoke your taste bud, but also, helps to enhance the flavors of your dish, and you can add Sriracha on any recipe you desire. 

 

In this recipe, I'll cooperate the Asian flavored to this Italian dish by mixing sriracha on the beef spaghetti, is a delicious recipe, effortless and only required a little time to make.

 

 

 

 

Ingredient

 

  • 1 lb Ground beef

  • 1. tbsp Garlic

  • 1 cup yellow onion

  • 2 cup tomatoes paste

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 tbsp Sriracha, add if you want more spicy.

  • 1 LB Spaghetti dry

  • 3 tsp Brown sugar

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1/4 Basil, fresh

  • 1 tbsp Basil flakes, dried

  • Ground black pepper

  • 2 cup of Cherry tomatoes

  • 14 ounces Chicken broth 

  • 1 tablespoon Oregano

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Direction:

 

 

  1.  In a large pot or skillet, add olive oil, add onions, garlic and ground beef; cook for 6-8 minutes or until beef is cooked through. Use a wooden spatula to break apart while cooking and drain off fat.

  2. Add cherry tomatoes cooked for another 3 minutes and add the tomatoes paste, broth, water, oregano, basil, black pepper, worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, sriracha, brown sugar and salt: mix well to combine the ingredients; bring to boil and until the sauce thicken.

In the different pot, boil the water adds salt, and a little bit of olive oil add spaghetti until cooked. 
Transfer the spaghetti on the plates and serve it with sriracha meat sauce and sprinkle the dried basil on the top,
