Deliciously Spinach & Melted Mozzarella Cheese Panini Recipe

As for now, We are still in the gorgeous mist of springtime, enjoying the outdoors and watching the flowers blossom while soaking up the sunlight, and summertime will soon be upon us. This is the perfect time for a family picnic, barbecue, parties, and family gathering.

When the temperature rises and all you can think of is spending time outside, this would be the perfect sandwich recipe for you: Delicious, self-sustaining, and filling enough to ignite every spur-of-the-moment outdoor activity warm weather may have in store.

It's the charm of a Spring sandwich, make great lunch or supper, each sandwich is loaded with ingredients such as a bunch of spinach, melted mozzarella cheese, a touch of a little heat of Jalapeno, and savory. This will make your springtime taste like magic.

Spinach & Melted Mozzarella Cheese.

Ingredients:

  • French Bread (baguette)

  • 2 Beefsteak Tomatoes slices

  • 1 Large onion Slices

  • 8-ounce smoke Turkey

  • 6 slice Mozzarella Cheese

  • 2 cups of Spinach

  • 2 jalapeno take out the seeds cut into strips

  • 4 cloves of garlic minced

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • Unsalted butter.

  • 2 tablespoon pesto sauce

Direction:

I always started with grilled the onions, sprinkled with salt, and continue grilled the tomatoes, once I'm done I put aside.

On the frying pan put 1 tablespoon of olive oil, first saute the garlic, follow with the spinach and Jalapeno, sprinkle with salt is only taken about a minute to cook down, remove it from the heat and set aside.

Cut half of the french bread, spread butter and pesto sauce on each side, and lay the mozzarella cheese, you can use a panini press or grill, but I choose to bake it instead.

To bake it: Heat the stove and baked it at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until it turns a golden brown.

Once the bread was done, it was time to build the sandwiches. Put the saute garlic, spinach, and Jalapeno follow with smoked turkey, onions, tomatoes, and top it with mayonnaise (optional)

I hope you enjoy this recipe and if you ever try this recipe please let me know what you think. I'll see you in my next post!
