Deliciously Spinach & Melted Mozzarella Cheese Panini Recipe
As for now, We are still in the gorgeous mist of springtime, enjoying the outdoors and watching the flowers blossom while soaking up the sunlight, and summertime will soon be upon us. This is the perfect time for a family picnic, barbecue, party, and gathering.
When the temperature rises and all you can think of is spending time outside, this would be the perfect sandwich recipe for you: Delicious, self-sustaining, and filling enough to ignite every spur-of-the-moment outdoor activity warm weather may have in store.
It's the charm of a Spring sandwich, which makes excellent lunch or supper; each sandwich is loaded with ingredients such as a bunch of spinach, melted mozzarella cheese, a touch of a bit of heat of Jalapeno, and savory. This will make your springtime taste like magic.
Spinach & Melted Mozzarella Cheese.
Ingredients:
French bread (baguette)
2 Beefsteak Tomatoes slices
1 Large onion Slice
8-ounce smoke Turkey
6 slice Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups of Spinach
2 jalapenos take out the seeds and cut them into strips
4 cloves of garlic minced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Unsalted butter.
2 tablespoon pesto sauce
Direction:
I always start with grilled onions, sprinkled with salt, and continue grilling the tomatoes; once I'm done, I put them aside.
Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil on the frying pan, first saute the garlic, then spinach and Jalapeno, and sprinkle with salt. It takes about a minute to cook down, remove it from the heat, and set aside.
Cut half of the french bread, spread butter and pesto sauce on each side, and lay the mozzarella cheese, you can use a panini press or grill, but I choose to bake it instead.
To bake it: Heat the stove at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
Once the bread was done, it was time to build the sandwiches. Put the sauteed garlic, spinach, and Jalapeno, followed by smoked turkey, onions, and tomatoes, and top it with mayonnaise (optional)
