Super Delicious Philly Cheese Steak Slider

Appetizers don't get any easier and more delicious than these mouth-watering, hot, melted, scrumptious Philly Cheesesteak Sliders. Yes, it is that good! I remember we had this at my daughter's birthday party, and I served more than six entrees, but pretty much, my guest only favored these delicious mini sliders. It was such a big hit at the party they were lining up for this, parents and their children. My kids love it so much; they always feel like we're on a "special occasion" every time I serve this at home. So I decided this burger would be our signature entree for every special occasion in our home. It is effortless to make, and now the Fourth of July is only a couple of days away, these sliders would be a great fit for your party.
Mini Philly Cheese Steak Slider
Ingredients:
Mini Hamburger Buns
Provolone Cheese
Thinly Sliced Sirloin Steak or Ground chuck 1.5lb
Onion ring fried or baked or French Fried Onion
2 Cup Onion minced
4 cloves Garlic
Salt to the taste.
Two teaspoons of sugar.
Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon of dried Parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne Paper
A pinch of oregano
Mayonnaise

Note: We love the French Fried Onion because it adds a different texture to the slider. It's crunchy when you bite it and makes it more interesting; it's delicious as well.

INSTRUCTION:
In a large nonstick pan, oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly brown, and move it to the pan's side. Add beef to the pan, season it with black pepper, sugar, cayenne paper, basil, parsley, and oregano, and cook it for 3 minutes while mixing with onion and garlic. Remove the pan from heat; stir the cheese while it is hot. Put aside.
They have divided the bun from top and bottom. Cook the bread in a large nonstick skillet sprayed with a thin layer of butter over medium-high heat until they have a browned crust. Flip burgers and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove the burger to the plate, spread a thin mayo on your bread tops and bottoms, and put the steak, a slice of cheese, and the onion ring. Enjoy!!!
This recipe makes 12 to 14 buns.
