Favorite Skin Care For This Season

Hi loves, how is your weekend so far? I hope you have a good time as much as I do; it was a beautiful sunny day here in Seattle but, we decided to stay home to enjoy the quiet relaxing weekend and have some hot cocoa with our favorite delicious pastry.

Allow me to introduce to you my skincare products for this season. Although it has been ages since the last time I posted my skincare products, and most I replaced them with the new ones because, as fantastic as they are, it just stops working after a while. Because my skin has gotten mature, it needs a moisturizer with a strong ability to penetrate deep into the skin.

A little bit of information about my skin, I'm over 40 years old, I have sensitive skin, and I break out easily. So I've to be extra careful about choosing a skincare product that works best for my skin.

Here is my favorite skincare product for this season:

1. Estee Lauder Perfectionist CP+R Serum

It's silky white and applies very well; it does make a slight difference in some of my wrinkles look but has not helped change my skin overall- however, it helps smooth my skin and becomes more radiantly alive. Very lightweight and quickly absorbed on the skin. Most important, it has not caused any breakout. I use this Serum for the daytime with Estee Lauder Resilience Lift.

2. Estee Lauder Resilience Lift

It smells light, moisturizes well without feeling heavy, and does not irritate my sensitive skin. My skin looks and feels fantastic.

3. Shea Moisture -Raw Shea Butter Hydrating Mud Mask

Most of the time, I made my facial masks like green tea and fruit mask, but I have not yet mastered a Mud mas,k, so I need to use a store-bought mask that contains the ingredients that contain the ingredients I know and works well on my sensitive skin. I found this at Walmart; although it has some bad reviews online, amazingly, it works on my skin. So I suggest you try patches first to test whether or not they'll work on your skin.

4. Shea Moisture -Raw Shea Butter Facial Wash & Scrub

I avoided scrubbing my skin at any cost because my skin can't handle such harsh treatment. But with this scrub, I made an exception, gentle and good enough for my ultra-sensitive skin, so now, Scrubbing my body becomes my beauty care routine. Again, base on the review, it gave rashes for some people, so I suggest patches first on your hand before you use them on your face.

5. Chanel Le Lift Creme

At first, I'm using Chanel Sublimage La Cream Ultimate Skin Generation but, as incredible as it sounds and tons of the good reviews, it wasn't working for me. I found it too heavy, greasy, sticky, and it makes my skin looked unnaturally shiny, so I stop using it and change it to more lightweight Chanel Le Lift Creme.

I love this cream, it glides on smoothly without feeling overwhelmed moisturized, and the foundation goes on smoothly over it. It has a fresh scent and not overpowering. The only problem it does not contain sunscreen, which is vital for my beauty regimen, so I use Chanel Le Lift only for nighttime with Estee Lauder Night Repair Serum. So far, I have no complaint.

6. Estee Lauder Resilience Lift Eye Cream

One of the best eye creams that I ever tried; it doesn't work instantly but, after a while of using it, I can see a lot of difference in the overall look on the skin around my eyes.

7. Skin Food Egg White Perfect Pore Cleansing Foam

I got this from one of the beauty bags; it an excellent product, but it leaves my skin with that 'over clean" feeling; it feels tight and dry after washing, so I don't use this every day; I only use this twice a week. So far, it managed my pores to look less noticeable.

8. Advanced Night Micro Cleansing Foam

I love this Cleanser; gentle enough without making my skin dry and strong enough to obliterate makeup.

9. Advanced Night Repair Serum

Is one of the best serum, it does what it claims to do. It absorbs quickly, and it makes my skin glow.
