Celebrating Memorial Day And Delicious Rice Pudding Recipe

Hi loves, how's your weekend so far?

I hope you have a wonderful time. Unfortunately, I got a little busy preparing our memorial day event with family and friends this weekend.

Memorial Day is an important day for all of us, and it is a day to remember and celebrate those who have fought for and served this wonderful country we call home.

It is also an excellent time to catch up with our family and friends to have quality time together. Get family and friends to enjoy activities such as a BBQ and a delicious meal together.

So, here it was, time to fire up the grill and get salivating with all these delicious barbecue meals, and ready to celebrate Memorial Day!

Although I was running out of breath trying to get everything done, in the end, I'm glad we all had fun and enjoyed the special day.

Here are some pictures from our get-together I'd love to share with you:

No fun grilling time without corn, and since this is a corn season, corn is abundant. So we grilled it old fashioned way.

Rice Pudding with Panna Cotta Gelatin topped with Blueberries and Whipped Cream. It is one of my favorite desserts.

Easy Rice Pudding Recipe


  • 2 Cup Cooked rice

  • 3 Cups Milk

  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar

  • 3 Tablespoon Butter

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Cooking Direction:

  1. Add 2 cups of cooked rice to the saucepan.

  2. Add milk, sugar, butter, and vanilla and bring to a low boil over medium heat.

  3. Keep stirring for about 15-20 minutes until the mixtures thicken.

  4. Remove from the heat and let it cool.

Once the rice pudding is cold and ready to serve, I top it with Panna Cotta pudding that I bought from the supermarket, whipped cream with fresh fruits.
