Dragon Fruit Drink!
Summer ...summer, oh summertime, although we are in the middle of the summer; however, it feels like summer just has begun in Seattle. A week ago, we had a series of gloomy days, windy, raining, and event storms. Finally, summer sets in, and the days are getting warmer like it is supposed to be, and now, we can enjoy summertime with all the outdoor fun activities.
This hot weather makes my skin dried and makes me want to dip my body in the refreshing water on Washington lake, my throat yearning for cold drinks to bear the scorching heat.
One of my new favorite refreshment drink for this summer is the new Starbuck drink 'Dragon Fruit Drink.' This drink is exotic, delicious with a hint of coconut milk. This fruity paradise beverage is my number one choice to combat the heatwave during this summertime.
However, like all other Starbucks drinks are pricey, drinking it every day during the summer will cost me a fortune, so I decided to copy the recipe. After a bit of trial and error, I finally found the recipe that closes enough and as delicious as Starbucks's Dragon Fruit Drink. Furthermore, the best part is that I can save more money by making my drink.
1/4 Coconut Milk
Mix all together, including the Frozen Pitaya Dragon Fruit Frozen
Alternatively, you can buy fresh Dragon Fruit cut it in half. First half cut into small cubes, put it into the freezer. Cut the other half into small cubes and put it into a jar full of water, and let it sit for two hours before you mix it with other ingredients, including the frozen Dragon Fruit.
