Easy Baked Fish Fillets Recipe

Tilapia Cilantro Bake
Or you might use any other fish fillet, like Salmon, Cod, Halibut, and Ahi Tuna, but some fish, because it is a bit thicker and meaty, is required to bake a little longer. My favorite fish to cook with this recipe is Salmon and Tilapia. Why? Because they are tender, therefore they cook faster and taste amazing.
What I love about this recipe; is that considers two in one menu. You got the greeneries, tomatoes, and all the ingredients packed with vitamins and nutrients that the body needs.
And you also got the fish full of protein and omega-3, which is why this is a good and healthy recipe without having to cook multiple menus to get all the nutrients you need. So without further ado, let me present to you one of my family's favorite recipes.

Ingredients:
6 tilapia fillet (or any fish fillet, such as salmon, cod, or Ahi Tuna)
1 1/2 big red onions
2 Tomatoes
2 Jalapeno or 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes.
2 limes
salt
1 tsp Mushroom seasoning or sugar
3 bunch of Cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
Three stock of green onion
Instruction:
Marinated tilapia fillet with salt and lemon juice for 15 minutes and set aside.
Wash and dice the tomatoes, onions, and jalapeno, place them in the medium-sized bowl, add the cilantro, lemon juice, salt, mushroom seasoning, or sugar, mix it, and put it aside.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Place the tilapia on the baking sheet and bake it for 7 minutes, take it out, and place the mixed vegetable ingredients on top of the fish fillet. (to avoid overcooked greens and tomatoes)
Put the tilapia back inside the oven and bake it for another 7-8 minutes or until fish fork-tender.

Bon Appetit!
