Pumpkin Spice Latte Using Coconut Milk

Now that it is officially Autumn season and when breezes turn cold, it’s time to start curling up with blankets and a good book in front of your fireplace. Also, I can’t help yearning for drinks that can warm up my body and soul, something delicious and comforting. This excellent drink will take care of that nip in the air and bring us to the season where our souls can be excited for the much colder season to come. Now, time to grab a cup for the delicious drink of the season. Although Starbucks brought back their fancy drink, ‘the Pumpkin spice latte,’ when the craving hits, and it is cold outside, I prefer to make my own than drive in the cold weather, and if you are anything like me, you love learning how to whip them up in the comfort of your own home.
Here’s how to make a spicy, frosty pumpkin spice latte, which is easy to make, and you’ll make enough to share with your loved ones without spending extra money.
They’re slightly different from this recipe with Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte; our recipe contains real pumpkin for a delicious taste of pumpkin spice flavor.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon Pumpkin Puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoon Vanilla extract
2 cups coconut milk or whole milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
5 teaspoons instant coffee mix it with 150 ml hot water or 1/4 cup espresso
1/4 cup cold heavy cream, whipped.
A pinch of Nutmeg
Instruction:
Place the pumpkin, Pumpkin Pie spice, cinnamon, and Nutmeg in the saucepan over medium heat, continually stirring, for about 2 minutes, until it’s hot.
Add the sugar and keep going mixing until the mixture turns bubbly and thick syrup.
Pour the coconut milk or whole milk and Vanilla, gently stirring, and make sure it doesn’t boil over.
Serve the drink top off with whip cream and sprinkles of Nutmeg.
